This policy covers the Black Label Realty home-search site and app (homes.blacklabelrealty.com), operated by Black Label Realty. It explains what we collect while you search for homes, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address, and optionally your name and phone number, when you save a home, save a search, request a tour, or send a message. Activity on the site: when you are signed in, we keep your saved homes, saved searches, tour requests, messages, and the listings you view, so your agent can help you effectively and your account works across devices. Technical basics: approximate location derived from your network address (used to center the map on your area), and standard device and log information.

How we use it

To run the service: syncing your saved homes and searches across devices, sending the listing alerts you asked for, and answering the questions you send. To connect you with a Black Label Realty agent: this site is how our brokerage serves buyers, so the agent you are working with can see your saved homes, searches, tours, messages, and viewing activity in order to help you. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Your information is shared with the Black Label Realty agent assigned to you, and with the service providers that run this site for us (hosting, database, and email delivery), who may only use it to provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: one that keeps you signed in on your device, one that remembers which of our agents shared the site with you, and session storage that remembers your filters. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Your choices

Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link. You can sign out on any device from the profile menu. To access, correct, or delete your account and its data, email info@blacklabelrealty.com and we will take care of it.

Listing data

Listing information on this site is provided by the MLSs of which Black Label Realty is a participant and is for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying homes you may be interested in. Listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
